Invermay Park is situated to the north of Ballarat's CBD with a direct 5-minute drive to the city. Invermay Park is a relatively new area and incorporates The Ballarat New Cemetery and crematorium, which is surrounded by lush, green Botanic gardens. The Midlands Golf Club is a beautifully manicured 18-hole championship course which also lies within Invermay Park.  This stunning course was proudly designed by golfing legend Peter Thompson. Invermay Park has a mix of new and established homes, along with excellent access to the Western Freeway, Stocklands Wendouree and Northway shopping complex. Invermay Park also provides easy access to many sporting facilities, such as Mars Stadium and the Wendouree Sport and Events Centre.
